ECS supports our mission by recruiting Vocational, HCBS, and Tutoring providers to deliver services and supports in a manner that exceeds the expectations of our clients. Our innovative and quality programs are characterized by flexibility in our support service delivery. Our one on one approach enables ECS to focus on the specific support needs while strengthening the capabilities of each person using our services.

The ECS providers undergo an eleven panel drug screen and are e-verified. All providers hold valid Level 1 Arizona fingerprint clearance cards, CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 Certifications. ECS tutoring providers have valid teaching certificates with the State of Arizona. We have bi-lingual and American Sign Language providers on staff to service a diverse population. We have certified CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 trainers on staff to provide training in English or Spanish.
